As the first item of the first session after the new year, elect a Democrat as Speaker of the House of Representatives by one vote.

Assassinate President Bush and Vice President Cheney.

January 5, 2003
Amendment XX, Article 3 of the United States Constitution states that if the president elect and the vice president elect are unable to perform their office, the responsibility of electing a new president, or of deciding the manner in which to elect a new president, shall fall to the House of Representatives. It is safe to assume that the Democratic Speaker of the House of Representatives would be elected President of the United States.|
